1999 Saturn SL2 4Door, 5 speed,tinted windows,electric locks and windows,alarm,electronic unlock on keychain,removable face panasonic cd player and am/fm radio, recent oil and fuel filter change not to mention totally changed spark plugs and cables. 154K miles. Excellent condition. I saw in a magazine in my state some of the dealers are aking up to 5,000 and when I went, he offered me 1500$
big difference between wholesale and retail, when you sell to a dealer they will only pay wholesale as they have to spend the time and money to check everything and fix anything that they find + sell and advertise and make some kind of a profit, if you want the $ that the dealer is asking for the same type of car then YOU have to sell it to an individual.

I know the Military have a disrupter, Am I right in thinking the Police have something similar and are the most likely culprits for this piece of wanton vandalism

OTHER THOUGHT IS STATIC ELECTRICITY WAS THERE AN ELECTRIC STORM THAT DAY? OR THUNDER AND LIGHTENING?
