How much are u suppose to wear the rubber bands that your orthodontist gave you?
I just got rubber bands w/my braces today, but they didn't tell me how often i am suppose have them on. Are you only suppose to wear them for 2-3 hours a day or what? Can i sleep with them on? if not, y?
If you want to get your braces off sooner, then i'd suggest wearing rubber bands as much as possible. Except for eating and brushing your teeth, you should have them on pretty much 24/7

Nine Inch Nails sort of disbanded, Coldplay is rumored to have broken up. The Verve reportedly broke up for a third time this year. I really can't think of any more.
