Cash Burglary
Hi yall ive got 7 texas state jail felonies all @ once.Ive never had a felony conviction. Am I going to prison?
The thing that on my mind is am i gonna do some serious time on these charges; i cashed 6 forged checks each for about $1300 in tarrant county and i have a burglary of a building charge. I have a long criminal history of misdemeanors mostly for theft. Im not scared to go to prison but i would like to avoid it im 23 any help would be great thanks.

Somewhere along the line I'll bet someone told you that if you didn't straighten up you would end up doing time. Play with knives long enough and you're going to get cut.

Burglary Punishment?
If five twelve year olds broke into a apartment - what would be the punishment? They stole 50 dollars in cash and some inexpensive items, all eventually returned.
hmm, the twelve year olds could probably go to juvenile hall. At 13 I believe you are old enough to go to Jail, so they kind of slipped through that one. But yea, you probably would go to juvenile hall for breaking and entering regardless of what you took or returned.
