Cash Gun Jewlery
Can someone PLEASE translate this from english to spanish?
The three men who had robbed the jewlery store on 5th Avenue were captured today. They were found in an abandoned warehouse just blocks away from where the jewlery store was. Eye witnesses say that the three man walked into the store with guns, demanding all the money in the cash register. When the clerk behind the register refused to give the money, witnesses say one of the men opened fire at the woman but missed.
Los tres hombres que habían robado la joyería en la Quinta Avenida fueron capturados hoy. Se los encontró en una bodega abandonada a pocas cuadras de la joyería. Testigos presenciales dicen que los tres hombres armados entraron al comercio exigiendo todo el dinero en la caja registradora. Cuando la cajera se negó a darles el dinero uno de los hombres abrió fuego contra ella no dando en el blanco de acuerdo con los testigos.

need help coming up with trial questions?
we're doing a fake trial in civics class, and im the lawyer of the deffendent. the case is:
The State has accused John Summers of robbing Kay's Jewlery Store. Summers has pleaded innocent and claims that his arrest is a mistake.
I have to use the witnesses statements to come up with questions to ask the witnesses. Any ideas?
Wendy Kay's statement: I own Kay's Jewelry Store in Martinville.
I was working alone in the store on wednesday afternoon, Dec 2, when a man walked in. It was exactly 3:30. I noticed the time because i had just put up a new collection of watches from Switz. on display.
I noticed the man because he had a hankercheif over his face. I thot it was off until i also saw the outline of a gun projecting from his pocket. that's when i got scared.
The man ordered me to empty a case of jewels and all the store's cash into a black bag. The robbery only took minutes, and the theif escaped on foot.
Any questions i could ask her???
what was the color of the man's hair. did he have a beard? was he wearing glasses? any noticable markings on his face or hands like a watch, scratch, birthmark, necklace? did he have an accent when he spoke? was he wearing a hat? what was he actually wearing? what were the colors of his clothes? was he wearing a jacket? what makes you so sure it was the defendant in question? which way did the robber flee, left, right?? did he have an accomplice waiting for him at all...if so, was he/she waiting for him in a vehicle? do you have any witnesses to back up your claim that the defendant was actually in your store?
