Cocktail Security
I am looking for some ideas (or a somewhere I can find ideas) on venues to hold a fundraising benefit in NYC.?
I am a young professional (late 20s) and have been to all the "typical" fundrasiers in NYC at places like Marquee and was looking for some fresh ideas. The organization plans on charging about $50-$60 for entry and about 3 hours of open bar. Ideal place would hold at least 600-800 people, have a dance floor, A/V capabilites, have its own staff (bartenders, barbacks, busboys, cocktail waitresses, and security), and would be a fun place to go for those who are 21-35 yrs of age. Any ideas are encourage. Thanks.

Just One Drink: Security Check
If i m not 21 and i have to be in a casino, how can i not get caught?
ok i m close to 21 but look alittle younger. i go to the Vegas casinos and i dont really get in trouble with security guards but cocktail waitresses
They're pretty strict in Vegas. No way to not get "spotted" because they have cameras everywhere. The fines the waitresses, dealers and the casino would have to pay are huge so they're on the lookout for underagers. Be prepared to be asked to leave, and be nice about it when they do because you will probably want to be allowed to come back once you are old enough.
