Help, my head hurts badly from smoking.?

I bought one of those cig wraps, bought some tabacco, and poured a little bit of gunpowder , and small peices of magnetic shavings in with the mix to give me courage. But when I lit the ciggarette, the gunpowder ignited and peices of shrapnel blew into my forehead and I have a headache now...what should i do?
