Department Safe
How safe is it where you live..? Do you agree with the list of the first 25 cities listed in the survey...?
(Oct. 30) - A list of the safest and most dangerous cities overall, as compiled by Morgan Quitno Press, which bases the rankings on FBI figures. The list starts with the safest cities and ends with the most dangerous.
Only cities that reported crime rates were included in the list. For example, New Orleans was not included this year because its police department did not report figures.

No matter what the crime rate is where you live, you should never consider yourself to be completely safe. I have known people who live in gated communities who have been robbed and beaten. Just because you live behind a gate doesn't insure your safety.
I looked at that list and didn't see a single city within 100 miles of where I lived and I looked at the whole thing! I guess some of us just live out where most of America doesn't see us!

Is it dangerous to fantasize for a long time in the sexual department?
A friend of mine said that he often has problems when it comes to sexual fantasies, what happens is his heart rate goes up very quickly and it goes up more every time he gets more excited. This would seem normal, but is it safe for that to happen? He says it also happens before he has sex too. Can you get too excited before sex or masturbation?
Is the sexual department next to the housewares department? I've been shopping in the wrong stores...
For real, no. You can't get too sexually excited. A faster heart rate, quicker, shallower breathing, and an increase in blood flow to those *special* areas of the body are all normal physiological responses to sexual arousal.
When and where these responses happen is something that you learn to control as you get older. Or at least learn to hide better when they happen in public.
