Depository Cash Safe
A woman at work REALLY seems to despise me?
I started a new job a few months ago at a place where I was often a customer.
I knew all of the employees on a first-name basis before I even started working there.
Now I have a job there
There's a woman (age 24) who seems to hate my guts (I'm 18).
This is my first job. I have virtually NO enemies in my life because I tend to be a mellow and unaggressive girl. The only thing I could have possibly done to tick her off is that I discussed one aspect of my job with my manager and I'm now exempted from doing one little part of the job that I think is dangerous (taking the end of the night bank runs to the dark bank depository). I simply didn't feel safe going there at 1 in the morning with a bunch of cash.
I don't know how to handle this. This woman is being exactly like an immature, high school pack leader and I'm not sure how to respond to half the things she says to me.
She is truly out to get me. But everyone at work seems to love her.
Any advice???
Always document (have the dates and times) what she says to you.
One thing we were taught at one of my jobs was to try and solve issues before going to the supervisors or the HR with issues. I worked for city hall. There were some women who were older and jealous of younger female employees. What myself and one other co-worker found to be the best way to deter them was to let them know we would not put up with it.
Ask her flat out, "so so do we have a problem because I used to think we got along and I did like you but with all your comments to me lately I am wondering if I did something to offend you because it was NEVER my intent. HOWEVER, I am not going to let you bully me so please let us drop this and not let it go on any longer.!"
If she continues on then say something to the supervisor and let them know you have asked her to please stop.
ALSO document what the supervisor says and does. Sometimes because this person is an employee for longer they may try and intimidate you don't let them.
When I first started at city hall I was in my early early 20s. There was a woman in her mid 30s who started at the same time. Educated and her work experience was out of here. She was very professional. She was then called up and TOLD to not try and do so much because one of the older ladies who was the head of this division was a bit put out and jealous. She was furious. She was like it is not my fault that she has hang ups and I should not be told to not do so much because she is feeling insecure. The older employee went out of her way to be rude, make comments, etc.... For some reason she liked me and wanted me in her division. I was like "NO WAY" Every one who worked with her HATED it. The lady I started with actually started looking around and found and even better job. She hated working at the city hall because the older employee made her work life miserable.

How can shares be dematerialized?
To dematerialize the shares, the customer has to fill a form called the DRF(Demat Requisition Form)
The dematerialization process is as follows;
1) Client submits DRF and physical certificates to DP
2) DP intimates depository and sends certificates with DRF to R&T agent.
3) R&T agent confirms dematerialization to depository.
4) Depository credits securities to beneficial owner
Procedure for Opening Demat account;
1) Registration form
2) Photograph’s with signatures across it
3) PAN card
4) Proof of residence-passport, Voter’s ID Card, Driving License, Ration Card etc
5) Proof of identity-passport, Voter’s ID Card, Driving License, PAN Card.
6) Bank account Proof-bank statement, Cancelled cheque
Only Individuals, NRI’s, Minor’s, HUF’s, Registered Trusts & corporates can open a demat account.
Partnership firms & proprietorship firms cannot open demat accounts .
