do anybody know if their is some extra security to keep the latch on a door from being pushed open with things ?
it's for a regular bedroom door.
i heard of plates in things but don't know any websites sites to find this stuff. do anybody have an idea?
Yes--their are a number of security and anti-jimmy plates to be found in Home-Depot....If you don't have a dead bolt consider adding one...They cant be -carded-open....remember--a lock is only as good as the door its in---a hollow door will never be very secure even if you put 10 locks on it.

I Need to know the voltage and polarity of a Micromark Door Spyhole security camera?

Why ? but anyway it's 6V DC & the center pin is + outside is -
