Electronic Depository Payment Authorization Contract for College Payment (what they wrote inside)?
"I hereby authorize University of California Davis to initiate debit entries to my Depository according to the terms below, and for my Depository to debit the same to such account. In the event that this electronic payment is returned unpaid for "NSF" or "Insufficient Funds", I understand that a $ 25.00 return fee will be electronically debited from my account."
Are they just talking about debiting me for this one payment I'm making or are they saying they have the right to debit me without autorization for other payments? Am I reading this wrong? There is nothing beneath that other than my account information. Also would it be safer to mail it in then?
What are the "terms below"? From what I can see here, this is an authorization that extends beyond just one transaction, i.e. they can repeat it.
