no its not,there's a lot better deals out there right now on impala,s with less mileage on then than that one has,i wouldn't be too quick to jump on that one,look around a little bit more,with gas being at what it is right now your not going to get the best mileage in the world with it,but there's other impala,s and newer than that one for less money,its a good looking car but not worth that much money,good luck on it.

My car's headlights won't turn off; The interior lights won't turn off; and I can't start my car up
I'm driving a '99 Cadillac Catera, and this morning it was working fine. Then early afternoon I tried to start it and nothing happened (The engine didn't crank), after I took my key out of the ignition the electronics (power windows, lights, radio) stayed on and now I can't turn them off. Also, I can't set the car's security system. I think the problem is purely electronic. After doing some research I think it could be the ignition lock cylinder. What do you think? Also, I want to add that when I try to turn the key there is no recoil.
Try it with a new or charged battery, a flat battery in a late model car can give all sorts of strange behaviour.
