Parents, how many of you keep "emergency kits" in your car?
You know, tools, blankets, first aid kit, etc. in case of an emergency. What's in yours?
other than a couple of band-aids, sun screen and bug spray in the glove box the only emergency "kit" in my car is my cell phone with my husband's number on speed dial.

Granola bars,chocolate bars, candles, nuts, warm blankets, water, flashlights extra batteries, emergengy flashers, make sure your spare tire is in good condition,jacks for the car, maybe a bag of cat litter in case you get stuck, your cell phone and 2 Thermos with hot beverage. One thing you have to remember you need to leave one window a little bit open because the candles take the oxygen out of the air.
