Slanter = argument that hides a claim by using misleading language
Fallacies= bad argument that is unrepairable.
1)structural fallacy= argument whose form alone guarentees a bad argument
2)content fallacy= argument requires repair of particular premise, if false or dubious
3)violating principle of rational discussion= person doesn't understand what's invovled in ration discussion or intending to mislead. sometimes no argument is there

b) Look, if J was the murderer, we would find J's fingerprints at the crime scene. Well, we found his fingerprints at the crime scene. So it stands to reason that he is, in fact, the murderer!
