What are jobs you can get in a restaurant? (Best Answer gets points!)

I'm applying for my first job at restaurant. All the restuarants are in the Style of a "Kelsey's", "O'Conners Pub", "Swiss Chalet", "East Side Mario's" etc...
One of my personal trainers at the gym I go to gave me an interview with the Manager who is his friend and told me there are loads of things from both front and back of house positions. Generally, I'm gunning for any position, but more interested in front of house.
My question is what positions can I get (such as Host, Bus Boy, Waiter etc), and if you can explain the purpose of each position, what they generally take care of, and what qualifications are needed (age wise, smart serve and so on).
I want to get a firm understanding of each position before I go in for the interview so I'm not clueless and have a sense that I know what I'm talking about.

Host: 16+
Greet customers, take or directr then to their seats, and might be doing ordering for take-out
Waiter: 18+
Take orders, given them thier food and drinks and bill them. (good tips)
Bus boy: 16+
clean tables, clean floor and dishes(not all resturants)

Do you have a GAMO VIPER EXPRESS shotgun/ air rifle? I want your feedback on this new airgun.?
This is a new product by GAMO, I think it sounds pretty cool but is a little expensive.
