Why don't rappers flash their guns anymore in their music videos?
It used to be a big theme in rap videos for the rappers to stand around with their crews and flash their firearms; anything from assault rifles to handguns to sawed-offs.
Many of the weapons they flashed were technically illegal under federal firearms laws, but arrests were never made, since the rappers could simply argue they were "props."
That was pretty awesome; it lets everyone know that the rappers were hardcore and ready for a shootout.
Today's rappers are way too softcore. They run around in their videos with lots of jewelry or bottles of alcohol, but very few guns!
Why is this?
When will gun-flashing make a big comeback in hip-hop vids?
well the media wasn't upon rap at the time so you could get a way with a lot back in the day. I mean you could drink 40' and show straps. Now the block everything out even the logo on hats because its a eye on rappers now and plus the real people thats over hip hop doesn't want to see that type of rap again because they spoke their mind and would tell more truth than they do now. I mean the rappers were speaking their mind and was still selling records but now its sugar coated and and the record labels want this so it can be bought everywhere. So if you want to see that you will have to go to Youtube. I miss the old school it was more real then than now. Everybody is a clone and atleast back in the day they may all wore dickies had guns but it was all different. Snoop Dre Eazy Quik Scarface Kool G Rap Gangstarr may all rapped about the streets but it all sounded different that why hip hop was better then. No originaility and no more freedom to do things on videos like back in the day.

Safes a Plenty
Safes come in many different shapes, sizes, colors, and materials. They serve to protect valuables from fire, theft, and other mishaps that may occur. Some are portable and some are so heavy that they cannot be moved without considerable effort, and even special equipment. When purchasing a safe, the savvy consumer takes close note of the labeling on the safe. Does it say it is waterproof, fireproof, or merely fire resistant? Different safe companies label differently, but ultimately you can rest easy if you buy from a reputable company that backs up the products they sell with strong warranties and customer service. And, as long as you know what you are buying you will not have anyone to blame but yourself if you do suffer a loss that could have been prevented had you done better due diligence. There's just something cool about a safe that is somehow tied to your unique bio-signature. Some safes require you to provide your fingerprints in order to open them. Reinforced steel doors, fireproofing, waterproofing, super heavy, door shelves, interior lighting and humidity controls, optional shelves and biometrix support, all make these sorts of safes something to desire. In fact, some have argued that these should be as standard in the home as any other appliance. I think that actually makes a lot of sense. We spend money on large items to make our lives in the kitchen and the laundry room more convenient and efficient. Why not see safes in that same way. Being able to secure the family jewelry, important documents, some cash, and any other valuable you may want to protect only makes sense.
