Laws vary from state to state and city to city, but since you didn't think it was important enough to mention WHERE you want this information from, I can only give a general answer...
Your employer has the right to ban possession of firearms from their private property, no matter where the gun is kept. If you don't want to get fired, leave your gun at home where it belongs.
1. The video card driver (a program that runs the video card) is not installed properly.
Go to : Control Panel (classic view) > Device Manager > Display Adapters If there is a question mark, you need to install the driver for the video card. If there is no question mark, I would still suggest that you try to reinstall the driver anyway.
2. Your video card is damaged. You will need to replace the video card. (I doubt this is your problem)
