Valve Hammer Editor(worldcraft)-Lights-wich tipe of lights are better for rooms and outside?
There are 3 types of light entities : light
light_environment
light_spot
wich one of the 3 is better for indoor(rooms)?
and wich one is better for outside?
i used light _environment for outside and it helped me alott i didn't had to make hundreds of light entities just one...and it lighted up everything besides the rooms(wich remained dark)
but the problem is there is no shadow angles is like the light is coming from above ,and doesnt matter where i put it..(wich i dont want)
For lighting indoors the best entity to use is a light. However, It isn't the best way to light rooms. In your hammer installation folder the is a file called lights.rad (Open with notepad or wordpad). Using and of the textures listed in here will produce light once compiled in the map. Meaning, all you have to do is place brushes with the texture on it in the map and it will act as a light (The bigger the brush the more light it gives off). This method produces better and more realistic lighting. As for the light_environment it will never matter where you place it on the map. What a light_environment does is makes the skybox in your map give off light. You can change the pitch (or angle) that the light comes from the skybox by adjusting the pitch (-90 is straight down and 90 is straight up). You can also change the color the light that comes from the skybox and it's color.
(Note: Only brushes that all faces have "sky" on will produce light from the light_environment. Also you can add/remove what textures give of light in lights.rad and edit the color and brightness that comes from them.)

You need to see a doctor. I too have a list of about 25 medications that I can not tolerate. There are new ones that come out all the time. So there might be ones out there that you can tolerate.
Additionally the symptoms you are reporting sound like there could be a important underlying medical condition that needs to be addressed.
