Handcuffs Police Apart from handcuffs what other equipment can police use when arresting somebody?
I've only been handcuffed when arrested and had an extra escort chain for going to prison. Heard they have body belts ? in prison too but didn't see it. Are they allowed use anything else if prisoners are giving trouble?

Police Officers are not prohibited from restraining people with anything. They carry and use handcuffs because they are the most effective "tool". But they can use shackles, leg irons, zip ties, cable ties, tape, and even shoe laces if it comes down to it.
What would the police do if I were to buy handcuffs off the internet?
And while they were driving to my house to arrest me I then handcuffed myself to my heavy fridge, how would they remove the handcuffs? What if their size of key doesn't fit my handcuffs?
They would probably leave you there cause you forgot where you put the key...
