What is the most safe and accessible way to store a handgun for home defense? How do you have your gun stored?
on the headboard, locked(i have kids)my car keys and mag next to it.
out of a dead sleep i can unlock and load in about 9 seconds (in the dark).
I also have a German Shepherd, so 9 seconds is plenty of time, considering he knows the difference between someone who is allowed to be in the house (kids/family members) and someone who is not.
God forbid Hunter(my dog) and I ever get put in that situation.

Many of us keep handguns in our homes for the personal protection of our families.
