These situations can't happen because passengers can't get anywhere near the plane unless they have proper documentation.

Can I handle my parrots after handling my chickens?
My mom is paranoid that the chickens have something, despite being medicated, and if we touch them then touch our parrots, they'll die.
She makes us wash our hands, sometimes with bleach, before touching the parrots after touching the chickens.
Can I handle my parrots after handling my chickens?
You should ALWAYS wash your hands before handling your parrots, even if you have not held chickens. You don't have to use bleach, just soap and hot water, but your mom is right, you should wash your hands. Poultry can carry germs that can be harmful to your parrots, and even you. Before I handle my own birds, I also shower and change clothes. Our vet does the same thing. We a special hand rinse at work after handling birds in different rooms, nurseries and pens. Especially when it comes to the chicks. Please read my profile.

It also doesn’t explain some key details. Like it says that “hFileDocument increased by 4 at each loop”, but it doesn’t say why (because kernel handlers are always multiple of 4, the lower bits being reserved for kernel bookkeeping. BTW handle = handle+[1,2,3] from usermode, for the same reason).
