Hardened Shackle Why do you believe that Cheney feels he needs to clear the air about his?

This was stated in the Associated Press: "In the second term, he felt Bush was moving away from him," Gellman quoted a participant in the recent gathering, describing Cheney's reply. "He said Bush was shackled by the public reaction and the criticism he took. Bush was more malleable to that. The implication was that Bush had gone soft on him, or rather Bush had hardened against Cheney's advice. He'd showed an independence that Cheney didn't see coming."
What Cheney was REALLY trying to say was that he was pissed that he couldn't manipulate the President like he used to...
How Do you change a lock's combination? I need to know how because of some one stealing from my locker.?
Its a Mountain security Dial Combination Lock. It says it includes a Harden Shackle. It is a newer one( I think). I need your help! OK, Here is the deal. I have no idea if I can, or what type. It had no manual, nor any label. All it says Mountain Security, Harden Shackle.
If this is a removable lock, your best bet is to buy a new one. I recommend the brand "American". The American locks also use a key as well as the combo.
Stay away from "Master" combo locks as they are not very secure.
