anyone know if i need to store my fox/rabbit coat at a coat center, or is it ok to keep in my closet at home?
I live in Florida. i know that is is recommended to store fur coats at special storage centers during the summer months but is this something that needs to be done if my coat just has rabbit and fox fur? are the storage centers made for the higher end furs or does my coat need the same storage?
The one thin I know is never put it in plastic,cover it with 100% undyed cotton material, OK

what do I need to know about replacing the furnace/a/c in the closet of my 1900 sq ft home?
The furnace and air conditioning unit in my Sister-in-law's quit. She had a heating/a/c guy check it. He doesn't replace the appliances, but he said that it's shot. It sits in the utility room, like an apartment unit. I know very little about this, and I don't want my Sister-in-law to get ripped off.
