I Want to move from california to arizona but im on Probation?
i was convicted of 1st degree burglary as a minor... the charges are from when i was 17 i got a d.u.i. and went to court for it and by the time i was found guilty i was 18 already and they told me i had to do 2 days in custody when i did my 2 days they ran my fingerprints and brought these old cases of when i was a juvinile... i went to court for them and got 90 days in juvy, 30 days of home commitment, and probation... i am planning on moving out of ca. to arizona with my girlfriend, so i can go to school and work to help her mom... what do i do so i can move... does it matter that i am on juvinile probation even though i am 18 already?
You need to get the answer from your probation officer or the court that adjudicated your case - they'll have all of your records and can advise you. The police will NOT have the answer for this.
