Hunting Magnetic Gun

Magnetism word problems help?
1) Dean is hunting in the Northwest Territories at a location where the earth's magnetic field is 7.0 x 10^-5T. He shoots by mistake at a duck decoy, and the rubber bullet he is using acquires a charge of 2.0 x 10^-12C as it leaves his gun at 300 m/s, perpendicular to the earth's magnetic field. What is the magnitude of the magnetic foce acting on the bullet?
2) A wasp accumulates 1.0 x 10^-12 C of charge while flying perpendicular to the earth's magnetic field of 5.0 x 10^-5T. How fast is the wasp flying if the magnetic force is acting on it is 6.0 x 10^-16 N?
3) Kron, the alien freedom fighter from the planet Krimbar, shoots his gun that fires protons at a speed of 3.0 x 10^6 m/s.
a) what is Krimbar's magnetic field if it creates a force of 2.88 x 10^-15N on the protons?
b) How does this compare to earth's magnetic field?
hah, im doing these problems too.
the first one i have 4.2x10^-14
i used the B= F/qvsintheta or you can use F=qvB
the second one i have 8.3x10^22m/s
i used that second formula.
i hope these are right.

Problems with my 760 Pumpmaster gun!?
I bought this Air soft gun from a yard sale today. Came with the gun itself, and 1500 Copperhead BBS. I was plinking around all day, shooting cans, having fun. I then looked up BBS vs. Pellets online, and realized I wanted to buy pellets. I went out and bought 300ct. Hunting Pellets from Crosmen. I got home and soon realized that they weren't magnetic. I always just brought the pin up a little until I could see the magnetic part, put the BB directly on it, and it always stuck. I tried it with these, and it wouldn't work. I've only shot off 3 pellets because it would take 5 minutes to load them. I really want to use the pellets instead of the BBS, can anyone please help me???

The manual will show you how to more efficiently load and unload both BBs and pellets.
BBs are steel, pellets are usually lead*, so no they are not affected by a magnet.
*there are some pellets made from tin alloy

Apparently not. Edit: Oh look, a cheaper one! Same brand for cheaper Some talk: >Kaboom, I agree with you about the single magnet concept; I played with that but didn’t find it suitable as it only allows for one orientation, unless I used a magnet so strong that detaching was a hassle. With two though – one fore and one aft so to speak – you can orient the gun either vertically or horizontally and hanging either under or against something; I prefer the horizontal/under as it’s much more low-profile. The trick to detaching it easily is to lever and twist, and it certainly took me a bit of practice.
