sterilizing body jewelry?
I recently bought some nose studs from a reputable online store, and while they're unused they're not sterile. They came with some alcohol swabs that contain chlorhexidine gluconate meant for the sterilization of each stud, but i'm just wondering if that would be enough to sterilize them properly?
I have insanely sensitive skin so if they are not sterile enough, i'm sure to get an infection.
Are there any other methods I can easily do at home so they are 100% safe and sterile? (one is bioplast while the other 2 are surgical steel if that makes a difference)

I've always used rubbing alcohol to sterilize my jewelry. I pour a little of it into the cap of the alcohol bottle and let the jewelry sit there for several minutes. Then I let the jewelry dry somewhere clean so that the alcohol doesn't dry out/irritate my skin. The wipes are probably good enough. What's equally as important as sterilizing the jewelry would be to make sure you clean the pierced area before putting the jewelry in as well. If there's any dirt or oil near your piercing, it'll just get stuck in there when you put in your jewelry and potentially result in a minor infection.
But if you're infection prone, it's kind of a toss up anyway. I know they sell jewelry meant for sensitive ears, made without nickel, maybe seek out some of that if these don't work out for you?
