Well, you have a great team and there is only one position you can upgrade...

Your weakest position is the OF. I would package Wells with Markakis to see if you can get Griffey Jr. or Dunn, maybe even Rios. Then move Upton to the OF and put Adrian Gonzalez in the Util spot. Other than that, you have a great team...
