Hey Everyone..My parents recieved a letter in the mail from MUTUAL GRANTS INC.?
The letter reads, on behalf we are proud to announce that your grant of $50,000.00 has been approved.As soon as your Federal and International Admin. Fee of $2,999.99 has been paid, and a commission fee of $5,000 deducted for your grant, a certified check for $45,000.00 will be sent to your address. They even sent the check for the $2,999.99.. I know these letters are usually scams, but i just thought id ask to see if anyone has got this letter or knows anything about them.. There address is 2860 KING STREET EAST, KITCHENER ONTARIO N2A 1A9.. OK thanks for your help everyone.. =)
It is a SCAM.
The check is fake. It will bounce but only after you cash it and wire the money out to Canada. This will leave you on the hook for the $2999.99.

I just received a check in the mail it states that I have won the De-Lotto North American and London Sweepstakes Lottery from the Kleinburgh Securities, Inc. International Claims Department 150 King Street, Toronto, ONT. The cashier's check looks real because it has the Wachovia name and logo on it. I called Wachovia to verify this check and was told that this is not theirs. This letter says not to cash the check until I call the Claims/Disbursement Agent. The letter and the check are A FRAUD...DO NOT CASH THE CHECK, DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THEM. SHRED IT AND THROW IT AWAY. I will be contacting my local law enforcement and my local television studio to get this information out to the public. Please! Everyone do the same. We really need to stop this crime of Identity Theft.
Yes, IT IS A FRAUD. I got the same letter and called them back and they told me that their systems were down.
