Is it considered bad to give manicure kits to your coworkers?
Could someone please suggest me if manicure kits are considered too personal and should not be given to co workers? I just started working there since 1st of this month. Please someone suggest. I dont want to spend more than $ 1 .
Hmm. A buck wont get you much honey and you do not want to come out looking cheap. Personally I think the kit would be nice ,but some may not think that. Since you just started I do not think the others in the office will expect much from you.
Here is what I did and maybe it will help you.. I gave everyone on my Team a Card that I signed and I made a batch of muffins. I had Chocolate sour cream muffins and blueberry. Everybody loved them and thanked me for breakfast.

Without settling in small claims court, is there another way to legally obtain personal property?
As a favor, I allowed an individual to use my property until he had no further use for it. He no longer needs the property & does not dispute the fact that I own the property, but will not return my calls, or make himself available for me to pick up the property. I know breaking and entering would not be okay, but I am not sure what more I can do. Can I call the police? I have a feeling there is not much they would do, but possibly act as an escort for me to pick up my property...the thing is trying to catch the individual while he is at home. I don't have time to stake out his house to wait for him. I don't have the physical strength to simply walk out w/ the property...it is a refrigerator. I need to rent a truck and have help to get the remove the kit refrigerator. Any suguestions w/out settling in small claims court would be appreciated.
Have proof of ownership, have the sheriffs department meet you where the stuff is. take your stuff
