Large Drop Safe
I am being harassed and my name is getting slander by a co-work?
I started is job one month ago. everything was fine this one manager help me get this job. I really dont know what has happen. Every co-worker that works there is having a problem
with is same asst. manager.Its getting to the point that all are work production has gone done. Nobody wants to be there.
I am a cashier so I have a lot of dealing with this manager
she is rude and is letting the customers know that there is a conflict with the two of us. I can for instance be getting ready for drop which is when you call a manager to pick up large amounts of money to deposits in that safe until your shift ends.
She was standing right there when I was getting the money together to make the drop. She decides to walk off leaving me
standing there holding this money in front of another coworker
as if she was intimidating me knowing I needed her asst for the drop.
Go Above her head. harassment at the workplace is illegal so I would just make my statement to her Superior that she is making the workplace uncomfortable and harassing you..I would document the times and what was said/done to be considered. so make your case and then follow through!
