Large Safe When I start Vista in safe mode I Get lovely large-sized characters on the starting screen.?
How can I manage to continue to have these large,easy-to-read characters on all the time? Thank you.

Change the size of the text on your screen
Click to open Personalization.
In the left pane, click Adjust font size (DPI). If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
In the DPI Scaling dialog box, do one of the following:
To increase the size of text and other items on the screen, click Larger scale (120 DPI)–make text more readable, and then click OK.
To decrease the size of text and other items on the screen, click Default scale (96 DPI)–fit more information, and then click OK.
To see the changes, close all of your programs, and then restart Windows.

My dog is limping on front leg. While standing he keeps it lifted up. I checked out his leg and paw, he pulls it away when touching the 2 middle pads of his paw, there isn't any bleeding, and nothing is stuck in it.
My vet had me give my dog tylenol ... Don't get crazy but 1 cap reg strength every 4 hrs will help out
