Police Officers: Which Policing style do you follow? The "Watchman", "Legalistic", or "Service"
Which out of the three do you apply most at work and why?
WATCHMAN STYLE: concerned with "order maintenance" through control of illegal and disruptive behavior.
*considerable use of police discretion

Which style does your department prefer?
Now from a real police office unlike our resident troll that could not graduate highschool, Each Department should have a good variety of Officers. The more officers that you have doing the same "style" of policing, then you have some areas left un-touched. As a Police Department Administrator I look for Officers that can offer something different to the Department. I do not want the same ole, same ole everyday or you end up with everyone having the same view, the same outlooks etc.. It is crucial when dealing with the public and dealing with criminal investigations etc, that you have multiple people looking at the "situation" with different view points.

Fun Fun Fun Parody - Police Style
What is the law regarding having flashing lights on your car, police style paint jobs, or playing sirens?
It's a silly question, and I wasn't inteding on doing anything like that, but I was just curious. I wouldn't have thought they'd be able to get you in trouble about the paint job unless it actually said the word police on it, and I can't see how they could get you done for flashing lights.
In my area, vehicles are not allowed to have any blue or purple lights anywhere on the car, flashing or not. (the purple can look like blue)
Beyond that, the anyone is allowed to add strobes or whatever else. My sig other actually has strobes in his head lights, though they are tinted green, and cant be mistaken for emergency vehicles.
It is not illegal, but they prefer to keep the white and yellow strobes for emergency people, like police fire fighters or emts enroute to a call in their personal vehicles.
In my area, sirens are not allowed except on emergency personalle. For example, they are allowed to have them on their personal vehicle, but no one else is.
As far as police style paint jobs, in my area it is so diverse, that I am pretty sure there are no laws about it. Although I do know there are laws about it in cali (the geek sqaud cars cannot be their typical color because police cruziers in cali use the same colors and style)

I like also, the ironical look at “traditional” art -most probably what will NOT be achieved at the youth forum- with the traditional picture frame.
I always like to think that Logos are something that people can draw theirselves, like the nike tick or something equally brain washingly simple. It would be sweet to see the logo scrawled on peoples bags at school etc -allowing people to advertise it theirselves (a make-shift theme). Perhaps this is something to keep an eye out for.
