Left Arrow

Does anyone know the minimum time permitted for a amber left hand turn arrow to be on?
Can anyone tell me the minimum time allowed for a left turn caution arrow to be turned on? I received a "Photo Ticket" in Arizona for making an illegal left hand turn i.e. I entered the intersection after the yellow caution light went out. I went back and timed the yellow caution arrow and it's less than 3 seconds. I have heard that 3 seconds is the minimum nationwide. Can anyone help me
Texas state law is a 3 second minimum duration which I believe is the same for all states.............

What does the arrow pointing left mean in the Feynman diagram for neutrino-neutron collisions mean?
Time is one the vertical axis
I'm referring to the arrow over the W+ exchange particle. I don't understand why it is there and why it points right in other particle collisions and decays.
You could just as easily draw it as a W- going the other way. It really doesn't matter. A particle going one way is the same as its antiparticle going the other way. It's just important to pick which way and stick with it through the problem.
With Feynman diagrams, it really doesn't matter what order you draw things in. The cross section is the same either way. So your diagram could represent:
neutrino goes to W+ and e-, then the W+ runs into a neutron (to be exact, a down quark therein) and turns it into a proton (up quark).
OR
neutron's down quark spits out a virtual W-, turning it into an up quark in a proton. Then the virtual W- is absorbed by a neutrino, turning it into an electron.
You can even flip the time stuff around without changing the cross section. Or turn the diagram on its side:
neutron and an antiproton collide and annhilate to form a W-, which decays into an electron and an antineutrino.
Or the other side:
neutrino and positron collide and annhilate to form a W+ which decays into a proton and anti-neutron.
You can even rearrange the legs (without changing the topology). The diagram you drew is equivalent to the decay of a neutron, which happens spontaneously all the time by beta decay.
Neutron (specifically, a down) decays into a proton (up) and a W-, which decays into an electron and an anti-neutrino.
All the same process really.

There are way too many errors. You need to code to XHTML 1.0 which requires closing all tags. Even the tags that didn't have closing tags in HTML 4.01. You close these tags with a space and the "/" symbol. Like image tags:
<p><img style="width: XXpx; height: YYpx; border: 0;" src="Path to image" alt="Text Description" /></p>
All break tags, all meta and link tags between the head tags must be closed. Your code shows TWO opening body tags. You have the "title" tags in the body inside a div. They go between the head tags. You have an image tag between the head tags. That's not allow.
I think you need to start over.
