Anyone knows of a good home made recipe for roaches?
My kitchen is infested with roaches I have tried the bombs, sprays and things like that even the roach motel, these things seems like it kills them but as soon as I stop they keep coming back in a phew days, specially at night when all the lights get turned off I can wait about half hour and as soon as I turn the lights on They are every were running back to hide.
Home Remedies For Roaches
Baking Soda
Touted by some as one of the most ridiculous home remedies for roaches, and by others as being highly effective, mix equal parts of baking soda and powdered sugar and then apply it to problem areas.
Roach Dough
Combine 1/4 cup shortening, 1/2 cup onions, 1/2 cup flour and 8 ounces baking soda. Add enough water to bring it to a consistency of dough.
Garlic Onion Pepper Mix
This seems to be one of the home remedies for roaches that several people agree on. Mix one clove of garlic, one onion, 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper and 1 quart of water. Let it all soak for 1 hour.
Add 1 tablespoon of liquid soap and spray it around the house to control roaches.
Bleach Pinesol Mix
Shanequa from Clarkston Georgia writes: "Mix 2 cups of bleach, 2 cups of pinesol and 1 cup of hot boiling water and pour it on the area where the roaches are, and wait about 10 minutes to get rid of the roaches."
Shanequa adds: "Be careful, this is one of those home remedies for roaches where the smell is very strong!"

Anyone have a projector for your home theater?
If so, how do you rate it compared to say a "50" flat panel telivision. And do you have any suggestions for the type to purchase, lighting requirements of the room, set up (including hiding the wires), etc?
When you say "projector" that can mean two things: a single-piece set incorporating rear-projection, or a two-piece (front projector and screen) like a movie projector. For ordinary TV viewing, the rear-projection type is usually used; front projectors are more expensive and require darkened rooms, but they give you a real theater experience. The main advantage of flat screen TV is their overall size. The big advantage of rear-projectors is that you can get large pictures (>60") and reasonable cost. The rest is mostly a matter of taste, since all technologies have made significant improvements and will give you good pictures. They do look different (LCD, Plasma, DLP) so you should look at the sets and decide if you like one type better than another.
