77 Pontiac Trans Am 400 CID rocker arm nuts...?
Are the rocker arm nuts on a 77 Trans Am, 400 CID supposed to be adjustable, or locking?
If this is a stock pontiac head, the proper way to adjust the vales is to torque the nuts to 20 ft. pounds.

Quick Lock Canopy
A Quick Lock Canopy is the perfect commercial event solution to shading an area in little time with no tools. It is a popular option for reunions, celebrations, festivals, and more. Recreational departments are well served with this product because it can be set up by two people in just minutes. In addition, the vinyl canopy can be customized and imprinted with corporate names and logos. These canopies provide great value for the money.
The Quick Lock Canopy has a frame that snaps together and therefore eliminates the need for tools. It also includes steel stakes that measure 30 inches in length, giving the canopy plenty of "gripping" ability during windy conditions. The canopy also has a belt and buckle tensioning system to stabilize the frame and canopy. The legs of the frame are made from 1 ¾ inch tubing and measure seven feet in length. In addition, the legs are adjustable. The frame is made of aluminum and therefore will not rust. The "Clearspan" design allows the center top of the canopy to be raised and therefore gives a greater sense of available space beneath the canopy. And a convenient storage bag is included for storage of the top.
