Can I lock in the size of my IM pop-up window?
I need it as small as possible for the office. It sometimes pops up so large I am unable to resize it to even fit my screen.
No need to lock it in.It will stay to size you set.Open im window to someone.Move cursor to edge of im page a double headed arrow will appear.Move the edges to the size you want.When you close and reopen the im block should be that size on all your im windows from then on.

why stare down a person?
This guy stared me down, no expression on his face-no smile-just a blank stare. it was for about 5 seconds where we locked eyes. I kept staring back but finally backed down, gave him a dirty look and looked away. I was pissed off so I went up to ask him why he was looking at me but he ignored me. I went up to another day and asked him where I could find an office. He just stared again, with no expression and gave me an answer.What was that all about?
I work with this guy in a large office but we don't work in the same department (never talked to him) but seemed to pass me a few times in the office after that despite me trying to avoid him and I don't look at him (don't respect him) after what happened.
So tell me what this meant and what you think?

Yeah, being a girl, and him being a guy, you probably took that as an aggressive stance.
ME being a guy, I can say I've accidentally done that....eh, to a certain extent.
He likes you, he thinks you're pretty, and he just gets lost in staring at you. He didn't mean any offense, you didn't know the guy, no reason for aggression.
You may find it weird, but he's probably just REALLY shy...which is why it was also akward for him, so he couldnt answer you.
If he's shy, he's most likely nice. If youre single, I say tell him what's up.
You probably approached him in a "WTF are u staring at me for" manner, and a hostile approach will create a hostile answer....since he didn't say anything, he had no intention to be hostile toward you, and he wouldn't have said sorry, because that would have acknowledged that he was staring at you in an invasive way.
Talk to him. Be nice. You'd be suprised.
