Mace Strong Steel

Knights and Samurai who would truly win the fight?
I have seen this many times but most best answer i seen have not alot of proof and reasoning to back it up. The knight and samurai are powerful warriors but who is better fitted for the fight?
Knights
Armor: The armour goes from light chain mail to full steel armour or a combination of both. Horses are also armoured
Weaponry: a heavy two handed, and shield combinations of double edge swords, maces, hammers, axes, and spears. Siege weapons such as catapults are used in battles
Advantages: work as a single unit, strong almost impenetrable armour, different weapons for the situation that can pierce thick armour, good tactics, and the ability of using shields
Disadvantages: armour makes them slow, eye sight limited with helm on and not a lot of knights use bows (soldiers yes but not knights)
Samurai
Armour: Regular clothes, or bamboo, straw, and iron/steel armour with a bronze mask
Weaponry: katana, spear, and bow
Advant
Not all knights act as infantry (trained to work as a single unit) some were trained in cavalry. In either case the typical knight would win because of their defensive advantages. Despite being heavy most armor was still quite well crafted for the wearer to move around in. All they would have to do is simply flank the samurai's sword once and the blade would either be caught or break against the knights shield or armor.

| | Mace (Club) $95.59 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles A mace is a simple weaponor, alternatively, a ceremonial club or virgethat uses a heavy head on the end of a handle to deliver powerful blows. A development of the club, the military mace differs from a hammer in that the head of a mace is radially symmetric so that a blow can be delivered just as effectively with any side of the head. A mace consists of a strong, heavy, wooden or metal shaft, often reinforced with metal, featuring a head made of stone, copper, bronze, iron, or steel. The head of a military mace can be shaped with flanges or knobs to allow greater penetration of plate armor. The length of maces can vary considerably. The maces of foot soldiers were usually quite short (two or three feet, or 70 to 90 cm). The maces of cavalrymen were longer and thus better suited for blows delivered from horseback. Twohanded maces could be even larger. The terms flail and mace are often, though incorrectly, used interchangeably. | | Christopher Strong $18.09 Rated: NRSynopsis: Katharine Hepburn made her stunning screen debut as John Barrymore's daughter in 1932's A Bill of Divorcement. In Christopher Strong, Hepburn's second film and first star vehicle, the intelligent, liberated and unconventionally beautiful actress chose to play an intelligent, liberated and unconventionally beautiful aviatrix who soars into a torrid affair (with Colin Clive as a fellow aristocrat)...and crashes into unendurable heartbreak. The melodramatic story is as much keen-edged steel as tears, thanks to Hepburn's gutsy performance and to the taut direction of Dorothy Arzner, classic Hollywood's only major female director. Among the film's highlights: Hepburn simply astonishing in silvery lamé heading to a costume ball as the world's most glamorous moth. |

The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion help?
im in fort greaf because i got tricked by someone into thinking there was an axe in here and i cant get out and the only saves i have are in here.
ive gone into the hunters run and killed some guys and taken their keys now im in the second part of it but theres this relly strong orc or something looks like its is wearing lots of armour and he has a mace and i cant get past it its really pissing me off ive only got iron armour with a steel helmet and claymore, short and long swords and a warhammer, and my spells are basicly flare, weak heal and starlight
Thanks
Opponents are always set to be the right difficulty for your level, so for example, if you were a higher level you still wouldn't be able to kill him.
its a matter of skill, but you can go to the options menu and slide the difficulty meter down to the bottom, that should make it easier.
just keep trying, the more you practice the easier it will get.
PS: its spelt Grief, not greaf ![]()
