Martial Art
What kind of martial art should a 16 year old girl do?
Well, let me start off saying first that I am a total whimp.
But I really want to get rid of that, and learn some sort of martial art.
Im 16 years old and I live in Portland, Oregon.
What would be the best one to do?
Honestly, I would spend my time looking for an instructor than I would a form. I mean an instructor is a deal breaker for me. So spend some time sitting in on practice sessions for different schools/dujos.

What would be the best martial art to learn for a security guard?
My brother-in-law is looking for a job as a security guard and wants to learn a martial art to apply to his new job. Which would help him the most? I have heard Kenpo is great since it incorporates many styles.
Kenpo is a true street proven self defense system with very quick hand techniques.
