Maxwell House Coffee
Coffee: Starbucks vs. Dunkin Donuts vs Home Brew (Maxwell house)?
I always enjoy my morning coffee (Maxwell House). But I have tried Dunkin Donuts and hate it, and I find Starbucks just bearable. This is just personal prefference, there is no 'correct' choice. My question is, exactly how are they different? I'm pretty sure Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are stronger coffees, but I think there might be more to it than the strength of the coffee because it seems like the flavor is different but I'm really not sure. So basically, what is the major difference between: homebrew (Maxwell House), Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts coffees?

The coffee's taste different because they use different types of beans and different roast levels. Also most packaged coffee's lose flavor because they are old and stale, which might be why it doesn't have as strong a taste.
I don't drink coffee unless its good quality, I hate beans that are roasted black/burned. I always get city roast from Guatemala or medium roast costa rican arabica coffee. Those coffee's have a nice, sweet, nutty flavor with bright overtones. You don't even need to add sugar, its not needed.
