Military Amplifier
NEED HELP PLEASE>>> ABOUT TO ORDER NEED HELP?
Ok, well im about to order a complete car audio system, and i need help since im not 100% sure its all going to work together (Mainly if the AMP/SUB are compatible.)

***Please only respond if you legitamitely know your stuff around car audio, this is a huge purchase for me (Military Members dont make too much money lol), and id like to get it right the first time.
nice setup,
i only see 2 problems.
you got the 2ohm voice coil kicker sub.
you need to get the 4 ohm.
making the final load 2 ohms.
thats if u wanna run a little more power to the sub than recommended.
if your wanting to underpower it a little keep what u got.
second the amp kit needs more beef.
go with a 4 gauge wiring kit.
other than that its legit man.

Digital Scanner in Australia. Best frequencies and aerial?
Sorry if this is not the best area.
I have a Uniden Digital Desktop scanner and I enjoy listening to the various frequencies that come across.
I am near Newcastle, NSW and was wondering if someone may have some good frequencies for around Newcastle, Central Coast, Sydney, etc. I would like police, port authorities, airports, military, etc.
Also, can someone recommend a good aerial for my scanner? I will be putting one up around 30foot in the air, and does anyone know where I can buy signal amplifiers from?
Hey mate, im sorry i offended you in my other post. Its just that in the past i have posted reasonable questions only to find that 3 minutes later i have been swamped with abuse. You are right tho i did take the stereotype to heart a little bit, but what you said really made sence to me, with a little bit of work and cleaning it would look nice, and the fact that you said that it can defenatley hold its own against the como, and ford made me feel a whole lot better.
