Neck Knife Gut
Child seeing a "dead person" - scared badly?
My friend's daughter is seeing spirits so to speak. Its been going on for a few days now. This is what she wrote me:
She says she is seeing dead people. Not even joking... she describes
them. She screams this blood curdling, gut wrenching scream... she can't breathe.... Her heart races so bad you can visibly see the carrotid artery in her neck pulsate. It is a TRUE panic attack. Last night she was so scared she went to the kitchen for a knife. I'm a wreck. It's not where she is falling asleep and dreaming this. She will be sitting at the kitchen table eating dinner. Or in the bathtub. It's random... I don't know what to do to help her..

She is 10 years old.
Too much media on the scary aspects of death, I think. Or friends who are encouraging her fear, maybe. If she were my daughter I would tell her that many psychic people have seen ghosts, there's no reason to feel upset by it. Verify her experiences but at the same time calm her fears. Explain that ghosts can't hurt you, they are like images on a TV screen, from another dimension. All the scary stuff in TV and movies is just make believe.
The child seems to have a strong imagination. She needs an outlet for it. Encourage her to write, draw, paint, sculpt.

I like the dark mood the story set I love the words you use I feel sorry for her and Know even her death was cruel she was finally release that her soul was at peace hook up with me i would love to see more of your work

wow..so sorry to hear about that! Anyhow it is my understanding that you are born with 2 sets of teeth. The first set which is the some of the ones which fall out during childhood. Which then your adult teeth come in. After that you are basically on your own if you lose your teeth such in your case! Good luck!
