How To Weatherproof Your Laptop?
can't start my computer in safe mode?
I am using a HP mini-110 notebook (windows XP). I currently have a viral attack (virus protector) that will not even allow me to perform any task, as i log in. I guess my only option is to start in safe mode. Below is what i do:
turn off
press F8
click on safe mode
rather than booting in safe mode, it displays a blue screen with white texts and restarts again.
is there any setting i might have changed that is causing this to happen? any suggestions on how to boot in safe mode?

Maybe try F11.
