Oak Hide
how do I show Professor Oak my sign pics in Pokemon Snap?
I have gotten to the hidden camp under the valley, so he has already told me about the signs. I took pics of Kingler but cannot show it to him. Oak just replies "No Pokemon shown here." How do I show him the pics? Do I make them an album mark?
When you take the picture, make sure it shows up that you have taken a picture of "???", or near that.
Take many shots of the sign until you get it. Try and get the best angle. If you are having trouble with a particular one, read this:
Kingler
On the Beach level, after passing Pikachu, turn around and take a photograph of the rock with seaweed that resembles a crab.
Pinsir
In the Tunnel, wait until Zapdos has hatched and turns on the power. When you pass the Electabuzzes and Pikachu, look to your right to see Pinsir's shadow on the wall.
Koffing
In the Volcano level, throw a Pester Ball into the small volcano to the left of the first Rapidash that appears. Smoke in the shape of Koffing will appear.
Cubone
In the River level, play the Poké Flute in front of the sleeping Vileplume. The smoke will disappear and a tree in the shape of Cubone will appear.
Mewtwo
In the Cave level, after hitting the two Koffings chasing Jigglypuff with apples, turn around to the left while near Weepinbell and to see some bright crystals/stars. Take a photograph and it will turn out to be Mewtwo.
Dugtrio
In the start of the Valley level, take a photograph of the mountain behind the Mankey.

Which neighborhoods are these Atlanta apartments in (addresses listed)?
Cascade Glen (3901 Campbellton Road S. W.)
Hidden Oaks (2950 Springdale Road)
Lexington (3073 Washington Road)
Lexington II (2900 Concord Court in East Point)
Stonetree (2414 Stone Road in East Point)
They look great, but what sort of neighborhoods are they in? Where can I learn more about them besides the Jamco Properties?

I would stay away from anything in East Point....and I'd probably stay away from Campbellton Road as well. I'm not sure about the other two properties, but check out the apartmentratings.com website, it lets people who live there leave comments about the property. Most of the companies make their apartments look great, or post pictures from several years ago on their websites, that doesn't mean that they are safe or clean or in a good neighborhood. Your best bet is to go the properties and check them out yourself to see what kind of people live there and whether you'd feel safe living there. Maybe contact the police department in that zone to find out what kind of calls they respond to at the property you are looking at. Don't listen to what the leasing person says because they are working on commission and will pretty much say what they can to make you want to rent there.
