Own Miracle Hudson
Is this proof it is not a good Idea, to get on airplane, which has anything to do with New York?
I`m sorry to anyone I`m bringing up bad memories or anything, but Look at all the Occurences, 9/11, Once there was a incident with a Baseball palyer Flying a self owned little plane and hit a building in New York, The Hudson River Miracle in New York,and Now the Buffalo New York Accident, kinda Scarey. God Bless them and let their Souls Rest in Peace of the people who have just become Deceased.
No, I think it is proof that you shouldn't fly on regional airliners that use turboprop airplanes. That equates to inexperienced pilots who are just flying their first airline job. The Hudson River incident was flown by pilots who have over 45,000 flight hours between the two of them!
The private plane that crashed in Manhattan three years ago was a famous person flying, however, he was practically a student pilot. I think he had is license, but he didn't have a lot of hours. Again, do you really know how many small plane accidents there are every single year?
9/11---well, that's just a bad story all the way around and you can't factor that into anything as none of the planes originated from New York.
I will give you credit that New York does have more aviation incidents it seems than any other major city. Before 9/11 there was an Avianca flight that crashed into Jamaica Bay because it ran out of fuel due to excessive holding. A lot of "drug mules" died in that crash when the condoms with coccaine exploded. Then in November 2001 that American Airlines A300 that crashed when the tailfin snapped off of the airplane. That was an over aggressive first officer killing the rudder and the training program at American was recommending they do that.
Anyways, you're just as safe flying out of New York as you are any other place. It's just dumb luck that all of these incidents of this decade seem to be happening around there. I fly in and out of JFK about 20 times a month and I have yet to have a "bad" incident.

I don't know it has anything to do with NY. I don't plan on getting on any plane. Since maintenance of aircraft has been outsourced, who's to say how safe they are. Traveling by car is probably less safe but in my way of thinking, that fall to the ground would take a pretty long time.
I pray for all those who perished as well as the grieving families and friends.
