Pack Backpack
Who makes the rucksacks (ALICE pack/backpack) for the US Army?
I used to be in the US Army. I LOVED my rucksack (ALICE pack). I want to buy a NEW one but cannot figure out who makes them.
I purchased my Army backpack at a military surplus store, best bag I have EVER used.

How to pack a backpack with tent?
I have a 80 litres backpack and a big tent I've never used before.
the tent is in a big roll. the backpack doesn't have a specific frame or external straps where to put the tent roll. so do I just shove inside the bag or is it convenient to hook it up on the external somehow?? thanks!
Tent and sleeping bag go outside with straps or bungee elastics. Wrap them in black bin liners or similar to keep them dry and clean..
