how to do a secret combination lock folder by myself - like a secret personal diary?
i want to do a secret book for myself...can any one suggest me one...

What do you think of "combination" classes in elementary schools (two grade levels in same classroom)?
Some elementary schools combine two grade levels in the same classroom, under the same teacher. (Personal experience- For instance, when I was in fifth grade, our class shared a classroom/teacher with another group of sixth graders. Both classes were in the GATE program. We did not learn the same content, but simply shared a teacher.)
Does it enhance learning and independence or only serve to hinder students? Please explain why. I am curious to know your opinions on this.
You have definitely raised an intruging and interesting question. I am glad you did though as there are many advantages and disadvantages against the so called 'composite' classes. Just to set the scene for compositve classes I have been to schools where not only two classes are combined together but three or four classes (eg class 4/5/6K grade 4,5,6 together and also K/1/2 kindy grade 1 and 2, 3/4/5/6M (a class spanning across 4 grades).
The main reasons for having these composite classes varies widely according to the school culture, the culture of the local community and the government influence on education. For example in some schools numbers (teacher to student ratios) directly impact and influence on how classes are structured or organised. For example if the student to teacher ratio is about 1:30 students then if you have a year of 70 students then two whole grade class will be made but 10 students are left over who will be forced into composite classes. In other circumstances composite classes are the only choice in outer country schools where the population of the school is 28 and the classroom teacher is both the principal, deputy and office admin all in one. In these schools the one teacher may have a class of K-6. One way that they solve this problem is to differentiate the curriculum into multistage units and have explict teaching programs.
For mainstream schools, the major advantages of having a composite class greatly depends on the age of the students. For example kindy / year 1 composite classes allow year one students to adopt key role modelling roles to show how to behave and learn effectively in class for the younger students.
The curriculum directly influences the level of teaching within the classroom. Effective schools will have whole school plans which have a strict program planned out for the whole of elementary school. For example teachers will negotiate collaboratively with other teachers to plan ahead to ensure that content is effectively and meaningfulyl covered whilst ensuring that content is not repeated (the details of this are complex to explain). Differntiating the instruction within the classroom and the program are ways to accommadate composite classes.
The disadvantages of composite classes mainly is the issue of identity and the issue of parental views on having these types fo classes. Parents are always usually concerned about whether their child will be left behind or become disadvantaged in these circumstances. The general answer is NO, the student is engaging in an across the board curriculum catered to their individual needs. Effective teachers plan strategically and are flexible in their programming.
In essence all classes can be viewed as composite classes whether combining one grade, two grades etc..) mainly because there is such immense diversity in the level of student knowledge and student experience. Each child develops cognitively and socially at their own rate. The differences in individual ability in the classroom is no different to the differences in grades of students in composite classes.
I guess my view is that composite classes are no different to regular single grade classes due since there is such diversity and mix in the ability of students in classes already (unless it has been streamed). I believe that these classes are advantageous in terms of social development and leadership and stimulating peer directed learning. I was in a composite class once and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

OK, I guess I can see that. If you really fear change, or you think of God as your personal combination bodyguard/judge, it could be scary to think of that being gone. Personally, I’d find it relieving to have something like that off my back, but I can see how some people would fear that. But none of what you listed really seems all that scary to me. It’s mostly losing stuff I don’t really think I have anyway, or just fear of change in the general sense. Rattling, I’m sure. But rattling is not necessarily scary. Sometimes it’s fun (and yes, I’m old enough to have had my world turned upside down a few times). On a side note, you really should read up more about what Christians are really supposed to believe, and not whatever you’ve been reading or listening to to give you those impressions.
