Plastic Package
If there is no recycle sign on plastic packaging does it mean that it can't be recycled?
So is it mandatory for all plastic packaging that can be recyled to have a recylce sign on it?

It is not mandatory for small items such as caps to have the sign. If your program recycles all plastics, include them. If only particular plastics (usually ## 1 & 2) are recycled, the caps will be placed in the general waste stream at the recycling plant unless they have an arrangement for other disposal.

There is a clear, almost invisible sticker on each side of the case. I almost missed it too, just peal off the sticker and the case should come right open.
