Police Duty Belt
What gives police the right?
Why do police act like ignorant pigs when there on duty,eg,stopping cars on busy roads,stopping in bus stops,or double yellow lines,or even speeding and not wearing seat belts.
The other day one of them opened its car door right in my path and i nearly took it off.The filthy look he gave me.
Before you judge the road was very narrow.
No wonder there is lack of respect for them,cos i for one have no respect what so ever for the police.
I think they are lazy overpaid and a waste of time.
But unfortuanatly as people say we need them.
If your a do gooder dont bother to reply carry on looking out your window.
Must be the uniform, i think its some kind of super hero's uniform.. one which makes them above everyone else when they put it on! One of them told my bf to stop swearing and when they arrested him for it they called him a "Fcking fool" I mean come on... arrest some one for swearing and then say that..Jesus.

Why have the British Police turned into Terminator? - their uniforms look very aggressive (and a quite cool)?
HAs anyone else noticed this, a few years ago they got those protective vest things, now they're getting black shirts, webbing, massive vests, big utility belts. looking a little silly sometimes, and for most of their duties, it's wholly unnecessary.
they still have the vests, but they're thinner and sleeker.
the belts with all the stuff in is because they're no longer allowed to put anything in their pockets. They had combat style trousers for a few months but they were putting things in pockets and they go banned because someone got hurt.

Not really buying your story. Possessing a PR-24 is not illegal. On top of that, if your gear was in the trunk, then how in the wide world of sports did you and the Officer discuss your issued equipment?
Like citicop said, you are not a Police Officer, you are a soldier. All you should have done was show your military ID. I am former Army and like most Officers, I tend to cut service personnel a break, unless they have an attitude.
