Dying my hair when i have scalp problems?
i want to dye my hair purple but i have problems with my scalp and use polytar shampoo. I get alot of spots in my scalp, it's itchy and sore. My question is, is this a safe combination? My scalp is fine now with the polytar shampoo but will dying my hair cause problems? Will shampoo effect how long the colour stays in my hair if it even takes at all? I ask because i know when your using dye your recommended to use lots of conditioning products and i can't afford too...i've never had problems with hair dyes but most high-end products like gels, serums etc prove too "rich" for my scalp and start me itching , coming out in spots etc.
NO...NO...NO! you may very likely have an allergy to the tint, and that is very dangerous....It is the reason that the state makes you go to school and get a license to do color on our clients. This is sooo important!
You may have eczema and I have found in my business, that people with eczema can develop an allergy to the tint....Put some of the tint on your wrist, and put a band aid over it,over night,,,in the morning, if it is red, then you are allergic to the tint and you should never put color on your scalp.

How Safe is the PC 7424XP - Part 1
Is it okay to use this combination of products to face?
For a long time now, i've been using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for my face.
Then just lately, I've been having break-outs, and so my aunt recommended to use Johnson's alcohol-free toner after washing my face with Cetaphil.
Do you think the combination is safe for my skin? Btw, i'm just 15 year old.
There are many reasons that can cause break-outs so do consult a dermatologist if it gets serious.
I think there are no problems with mix-and-match using different brand of products that are suitable for your skin or problems as its difficult to get all suitable products of the same brand. If you have doubt of the combination, test out on your neck (under your ear loop) or inner side of your arm 1st.
Skin caring should starts as soon as some signs of problems shown, just need to choose something right for your skin type of your age but I do not recommend to use everything to cure acne as it might dry out your skin.
