Is it possible for our Software technology to invent ‘evoting’ system in our country during the coming years??
Freedom, High securely, total privacy with foolproof, proxy proof atmosphere etc., etc., are highly essential for a free and fearless voting in the elections.
When we see the development of our present Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), further development of our soft ware technology to take the voter into the computer for casting his vote in the elections by sitting at home in front of the computer comfortably, confidentially, free from all fears, under strict privacy with a 100% virus proof technology may not be far from imagination in the coming years…
In my humble opinion there is no way any on-line system can be 100% safe at this time. Any system one group developes another group or individual can hack. I suppose it is possible a foolproof system could be developed in the future, but it's not possible yet. The other thought I had on this. The way it is now, voting is being done only by those that care enough to get off their chairs and go to the polls. That indicates they care, have at least thought on it a little, and are willing to make this effort to vote they way they feel. If the voting could be done by just clicking on a link there would be a lot of people voting that just like to play on a computer and care nothing about the issues, candidates and concerns of the nation.

i got caught cheating!! help!!!?
well, i sorta "cheat" by "copy and paste" from the internet in my take home essay. (different website though) but later on my professor ask me for electronic copy of my work. i knew i was busted but i did have some "proof" papers i did before. i change some of the vocab in the essay before sending and scan her the "handwriting proof". what do i say when she ask me to tell the truth? and what is the consequenses? im in college 100!! HELP!!
gosh! i guess i have to come clean after all. i didn't know its gonna come back and bite me in the ass this fast. gawd, the worst part is i have to deal this my professor stare. it burnssssss!!!!!!!!!
Dont lie to make the situation worse for yourself. Tell the truth, apologize for your mistake and deal with the consequensces. easiest and simplest solution.
