What would be the best digital camera for my purposes?
I would be wanting to film skiing footage and possibly interviews in semi-noisy places. I would want a digital camera for less than 100 dollars, but I guess I could go up to 150. Used is fine.
Obviously it would need to be somewhat water resistant (for snowy conditions), and pretty good anti-glare since it might be sunny some times plus the snow can get way bright. The audio would need to be pretty nice to be able to interview or shoot in a ski lodge.

What is the best camera for me?
I've been looking for a really nice digital camera for some time now, but I can't decide on what is best for me.
I need something that is water resistant, takes good quality photos, has a moderate zoom option, and won't be too expensive.
Really, just something nice for an amateur photographer.
